Getting started with Present
Pick something to present
Open Present. On the left is your Library — Songs, Scripture, Lyrics, Videos and Web. Click any item to load its slides into the center. Click a slide (or press the spacebar) to send it live.
Layouts
Use the Layout menu in the top toolbar to switch between Balanced, Big stage, Library focus and Media heavy — or drag the panel edges to build your own (Custom) arrangement, which is remembered on your device.
Backgrounds & media
The Backgrounds & media bin lets you apply an image or motion background to the current slides with one click. Videos can be cued, scrubbed, trimmed and looped.
Keyboard shortcuts
Next/previous slide, clear, logo and black are all on the keyboard. You can remap them from the Shortcuts button in the Present toolbar.
